I have a question about fat loss. As I understand what you are saying, there is no fat loss or negligible fat loss; all of the fat remains in the face but shifted downward. Is this an accurate statement? If so, then why is there a need for fat transfers usually used in conjunction with face lifts?

Great info on the stages of burns and how your skin can heal. I loved the keep it “greasy, greasy, greasy” and wow, Crisco and Vaseline - from back in the day! My kids swear by Aquaphor while I like Vaseline so I’ll show them your post! I recently suffered from a skin infection in some abraded skin on my face and treated it with a antibiotic cream and salicylic acid to heal the cuts. Mistake somewhere!! because now I definitely have to go the dermatologist as skin looks and feels burned. Only thing which helped was Vaseline. Who knew? Thanks so much!

I've seen doctors use a loop like a sculpting tool, but watching you remove layers of skin with the same thing but the needle version was impressive!! You got such clean and even layers of removal which I genuinely wasn't expecting. I feel like I learned a lot about the possibilities of this procedure.

Hi I just had this procedure in the UK, privately, two weeks ago. The NHS would not fund cosmetic surgery. I am so pleased with the results. At 73 years old, I have the rest of my life to live without worrying that people are staring at me. I can hug my 4 grandchildren without feeling sad. There should be funding put aside for these operations.
